A great skin is a result of not only what you apply as a skin care regime but also what you eat. And trust me it is not that tough to have a glowing supple soft fresh baby like skin. All you got to do is to just get your basics right!

  1. Day Cream  : Invest in a good day cream! We all need to moisturize different areas of our skin depending on the skin type. To maintain the ph balance of your skin, using a good moisturizer is a must. And trust me when I say this even during summers do not skip the moisturizing routine of your skin. Everytime you use a facewash to remove all the dirt from your skin, Apply a moisturizer. The one which I use for my sensitive skin is Aloe from the body shop. Its best for those having really dry and flaky skin.
  2. Toner : So the idea behind toner is to close your pores. In fact it cleanses the dirt stuck in your open pores and closes them making your skin looks clear and clean. This should be used before your apply your moisturizer and after the face wash. One doesn’t need to invest in a very high-end expensive toner. A good spray of rose-water on your skin will serve the purpose of toning your skin. I have been using Dabur Gulabari since ages and will continue to endorse this product for rest of my life.   3. Sunscreen : Well this is to make sure that your skin is protected from all the evils out there approaching your skin. A good spf sunscreen shields your skin and forms a protective layer on your skin and hence saving it from Cancerous UV rays. Use a matte sunscreen lotion if your skin is too oily. The best part is you can apply it on top of your moisturizer. Not to mention, just like your face, other body parts equally need a sunscreen. I mean who doesn’t want an even skin tone all over. Night cream : Night is the time when our body gets time to heal, replenish and rejuvenate itself and giving a good night cream to your skin is like providing it with potion and enabling it to become healthy. This is a bliss for those who don’t really have a lot of time and energy to take care of skin the whole day.   5. Lip balm : It is not about chapped lips or winters. Lip balm should always be around you irrespective of the season and time. Our lips also get tanned due to UV rays so a coat of lip balm below your lipstick won’t be too much of task to do. In fact it also protects your lips from the chemicals present in your lipstick. If you are a smoker and still want to maintain the color & softness of your lips, it will work wonders to your lip texture. To put it simply it is made out of milk and is so good for you that it will make sure that your immunity is boosted and because it is probiotic in nature it is awesome for your skin too. Unlike most of the other good for body drinks, this one tastes good too so you wont have much trouble including it in your daily routine.   7. Yogurt : This one is better than consuming or applying milk. A lot of people are allergic to milk but yogurt is a blessing to skin. All you got to do is take some yogurt on your palm, apply it your face and neck, massage it for 2 minutes and let it rest. Add a teaspoon of heated castor oil in your Regular hair oil and apply it on your hair roots, New hair growth will follow soon.
