Here I am with the day 21 of 50 shades of lips challenge and for this bright young day I have picked up a shade from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE range. MAYBELLINE has come up with 8 new shades of lipsticks in this category of VELVET MATTE. Today I ll be wearing and reviewing MAT 10 from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE range. Let’s put it on and see how it works for me !
MAT 10 from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE is a shade that immediately gave me a pretty pink glow to my skin. Colors like these are hard to find and for me these work like magic giving me a perfect pink pout. MATT 10 is a perfect pink with undertones of Purple.
MAT 10 from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE is not an absolute matte but a semi matte. It has a slight shine which you will definitely not mind since it makes your lips look more juicy and plump with lipstick on. This lipstick surely will keep your lips well hydrated.
MAT 10 is also extremely light lipshade to wear. It does transfer as you go snacking but even then due to good pigmentation, lips remain stained with color. Though for the real color to show up, you will have to give good two swipes of the lipstick.
MAT 10 from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE is priced at 475 INR and is packaged in chic but sturdy glass body. It comes with wand applicator which is shaped perfectly hence allows you to fill in easily. I personally do not like lipsticks which come with a separate applicator as mostly it just makes the application tough and you end up smudging. However this applicator is definitely a class apart. The sponge wand is one of the best applicator I ever tried for applying Lipstick.
So yes, priced very reasonably, MAT 10 from MAYBELLINE VELVET MATTE is a beautiful color for your lips which will suit mostly all the skin tones. So go ahead and try this pink the next you buy your lipstick.
